These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and Brother Portal operated by the Epsilon Beta Chapter of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. ("the Chapter," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and that you agree to these Terms in full.

Access to the Brother Portal is restricted to verified members of the Epsilon Beta Chapter. Portal accounts are issued by chapter administrators and are non-transferable.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, the Lambda Theta Phi shield, and chapter insignia — is the property of the Epsilon Beta Chapter or Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without the express written permission of the Chapter or the national organization. Personal, non-commercial use (such as saving a photo for your own records) is permitted provided it is not used in a misleading or harmful manner.
Brothers who submit content to the portal (including but not limited to blog posts, photos, service records, and event information) grant the Chapter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with chapter activities.
